• How long does shipping take?

  Preparation usually takes 1–3 business days before dispatch. Shipping time is separate and depends on your destination. Changes, stock issues, high order volume, holidays or large orders may require extra preparation time. See our shipping policy for destination-based transit estimates. Delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

• Can I order as a gift?

• What if I'm not happy with my order?

  Because every order is custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds for preference changes, approved designs, or late-but-delivered carrier shipments. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos.
